Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
Custom-made wigs may require additional production time. If extra time is needed, we will contact you by email or phone.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Standard estimated delivery time frames are:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery time may vary based on customs clearance, shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update.

Custom-Made Wigs

All custom wigs are made specifically for each client. As such:

  • Processing and production may take longer

  • Shipping timelines apply after production is complete

We will stay in communication throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Bellar Hair is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages caused by carrier error

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

All such costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pickup (Optional)

Local pickup is available by appointment only. We will contact you once your wig is ready to schedule a pickup time.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the item

We will open a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
